On 28 April 2025, H.E. Amb. Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), participated and addressed at the opening ceremony of the Hungarian-Turkic Summit on Culture, Education and Innovation in Budapest, Hungary.

Referring to the key role of Hungary as an Observer of the OTS, the Secretary General emphasized the dynamic nature of the multifaceted cooperation between Hungary and the Turkic States within the framework of the Organization.

In his remarks, Ambassador Omuraliev underlined the significance of bringing together a group of ministers and high-level officials from Hungary and the Turkic States to promote cooperation and enhance dialogue in culture, education and innovation.
