Deputy Secretary General Dr. Ömer Kocaman. met with Mr. Ramazan İzol, President of the Turkic World Youth Council, who paid a visit the Secretariat of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) on 24 June 2025. The meeting focused on enhancing cooperation in the fields of youth and sports within the OTS framework.
