The First Director of the D-8 Organization for Economic Cooperation, H.E. Ambassador Mustafa Özcan, paid a visit to the Secretariat of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in Istanbul and met with OTS Deputy Secretary General, Dr. Ömer Kocaman. During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on strengthening cooperation and exploring potential avenues for collaboration between the two organizations.
