Dr. Ömer Kocaman, Deputy Secretary General of the OTS, participated in the event titled “Middle Corridor 360: From Geopolitics to Digital Transformation, from Family to Green Development”in Baku on 11 June 2025.
He provided insights into the multidimensional role of the Middle Corridor and emphasized that the OTS attaches great importance to this strategic route—not only as a transportation link but as a path of shared values, cultural integration, and sustainable development.
