H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), addressed at the Young Leaders and Entrepreneurs’ Forum in Almaty on 19 August 2025, organized within the framework of Almaty’s designation as the Youth Capital of the Turkic World 2025. The Forum was attended by delegations from the Member States and Observers, as well as the Secretariat of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).

In his remarks, Ambassador Omuraliev stressed that young people are not only the leaders of tomorrow, but also active drivers of economic growth, cultural exchange, and political transformation today.

The Secretary General reaffirmed the Organization’s commitment to supporting youth-led projects and to building a prosperous and cohesive Turkic World through the empowerment of its younger generations.
