On 12 June 2025, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) H.E. Kubanychbek Omuraliev met with H.E. Bahar Muradova, Chairperson of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, following the conclusion of the 2nd Ministerial Meeting on Family Affairs and Social Policy held in Baku.

During the meeting, both sides highlighted the importance of implementing the key points of the Joint Communique adopted at the Ministerial Meeting. They reaffirmed their commitment to enhancing cooperation in promoting family values, social inclusion, and support for women and vulnerable groups across the Turkic States.

Secretary-General Omuraliev expressed appreciation to Chairperson Muradova for the successful organization of the event and reiterated the OTS Secretariat’s readiness to support follow-up actions ahead of the next Ministerial Meeting in Kazakhstan.
