H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) participated and delivered a speech at the International Scientific and Practical Conference entitled “Turkic World: Traditions, Practice and Prospects for the Development of Electoral Systems” within the framework of the First Meeting of the Advisory Platform of the Central Election Authorities (APCEA) of the Member States of the OTS on 14 May 2025 in Ahmet Yassawi University in Turkistan, Kazakhstan.

In his speech, emphasizing the International Observer Missions of the Organization during the elections in the Member States, the Secretary General provided an overview regarding the ongoing activities of the OTS.

Moreover, during the Conference Heads of Central Election Committees of the Turkic States and other key note speakers shared their knowledge and practices related to the history and modern development of electoral systems in the Turkic States.
