As part of the 2nd Meeting of the Presidents of the Councils of Judges of the Member and Observer States of the Organization of Turkic States, Minister of Justice and President of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors of the Republic of Türkiye H.E. Yılmaz Tunç, Chairman of the Judicial-Legal Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan H.E. Inam Karimov, President of the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan H.E. Denis Shipp, President of the Council of Judges of the Kyrgyz Republic H.E. Kydyk Djunushpaev, Acting President of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors of the Republic of Türkiye H.E. Mehmet Akif Ekinci, President of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan H.E. Kholmumin Yodgorov paid a visit to the Secretariat of the Organization of Turkic States in Istanbul on 24 May 2024.

During the meeting, the Secretary General of the OTS H.E. Kubanychbek Omuraliev provided information on the platforms of cooperation within the OTS, including in the field of justice.

The Minister of Justice emphasized the role of the OTS in strengthening the cooperation among the OTS countries in the judicial sphere.T
