On 11 April 2025, on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, the Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) held a meeting with Mr. Alper Küçük, Director-General for International Affairs & Migration of Türk Kızılay (Turkish Red Crescent). 

During the meeting, both sides discussed potential areas of cooperation in humanitarian aid and capacity-building initiatives across Turkic States. The Secretary General emphasized the importance of strengthening partnerships with key humanitarian organizations like Türk Kızılay to enhance regional solidarity and resilience. 

The Secretary General also welcomed the establishment of the Turkic Red Network as a significant step towards institutionalizing and coordinating humanitarian efforts in the Turkic space. He expressed confidence that this association will become an effective platform for exchanging experiences and joint initiatives.
