On 12 April 2025 on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, H.E. Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) held a meeting with H.E. Ersin Tatar, President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).

During the meeting, Secretary General Omuraliev and President Tatar discussed ongoing activities as well as potential opportunities and projects for future cooperation between the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and the Organization of Turkic States.

They also exchanged views on recent regional developments.
