On the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, on 11 April 2025, H.E. Amb. Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) held a meeting with Mr. Haluk Görgün, the Secretary of Turkish Defence Industries. 

During the meeting, both sides underscored the importance of enhancing defense cooperation among OTS Member States to support technological advancement and strengthen industrial capabilities within the defense sector.

The discussions centered on launching multilateral coordination among relevant institutions in OTS countries, promoting joint research and development initiatives, and establishing effective mechanisms for knowledge-sharing and capacity-building across the region.
