H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), participated in the Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF) 2025, convened under the theme “Reclaiming Diplomacy in a Fragmented World”  on 11-13 April 2025 in Antalya, Türkiye. The Forum brought together heads of state, ministers, diplomats, international organization leaders, academics, and media representatives from around the world.

Throughout the Forum, Secretary General Omuraliev held a series of high-level bilateral meetings with key counterparts, as well as senior officials from the international organizations. These meetings served as a valuable platform to advance cooperation, promote shared values, and explore joint initiatives in areas such as trade, energy, humanitarian affairs, regional security, and education.

The Secretary General also addressed the high-level panel session organized within ADF titled “Organization of Turkic States: A Unique Cooperation Model” where he underscored the OTS’s transformation into a robust and dynamic multilateral organization. He highlighted its steadily expanding agenda, now encompassing more than 35 areas of cooperation, and emphasized its strategic role in connecting Member and Observer States across Europe and Asia.

In addition, H.E. Amb.Omuraliev engaged with major media outlets including CNN Türk, Anadolu Agency, TRT Avaz, and others. During these interviews, he outlined the Organization’s strategic goals, deepening international partnerships, and the vision for a more integrated and resilient Turkic region.

The Secretary General’s participation in ADF 2025 reaffirmed the OTS’s commitment to strengthening multilateral diplomacy, enhancing visibility on the international stage, and fostering unity, peace, and prosperity across the Turkic World.
