H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, the Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), addressed a video message to the the Mak'TAB (School of Restoration of Historical Monuments) graduates held on 4 April 2024 in Baku, Azerbaijan.

During address, he underlined the necessity of such initiatives as the School of Restoration of Historical Monuments that promotes professional development for the young restorers, thereby bringing Turkic peoples closer to their joint goals of promoting and restoring the historical and cultural heritage sites.
