On 12 April H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), received Ms. Atsuko Hirose, the Acting Secretary General of the Energy Charter Secretariat, to discuss avenues for enhancing cooperation between the two organizations. The meeting, which took place within the framework of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF), underscored the shared commitment of both organizations to fostering sustainable energy development and regional collaboration.

The meeting focused on energy security, renewable energy, and regional collaboration. During the meeting the Secretary General of OTS informed about the OTS's efforts to enhance cooperation in the field of energy, while the Energy Charter Secretariat expressed readiness to enhance cooperation with OTS.
