Secretary General of the Turkic Council H.E. Baghdad Amreyev received the Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Ankara H.E. Khazar Ibrahim, who paid a courtesy visit to the new premises of the Turkic Council Secretariat in Istanbul on 5 February 2021.
While congratulating the Secretary General and Secretariat’s staff for the new building of the Turkic Council Secretariat, Ambassador Khazar Ibrahim expressed his thankfulness for the strong support given by the Turkic Council to Azerbaijan during and following the Karabagh War and for the recent visit of the Heads of Turkic Cooperation Organizations to Aghdam and Fuzuli regions.
He also underlined the great achievements made by the Turkic Council during the past years and wished the Secretariat continuation of its successful endeavors.
B.Amreyev welcomed the Ambassador and thanked for his courtesy visit. The Secretary General once again congratulated brotherly Azerbaijani people with the great victory of Azerbaijan and restated the willingness of Turkic Council together with its related organizations to contribute to the revival of socio-economic life and cultural heritage of Karabakh.
