International Online Conference dedicated to the presentation of "Heritage of the Great Steppe" book written by the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nazarbayev- Elbasy was organized by the Library of Elbasy, together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the TURKSOY, with the support of the Office of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 20 November 2020.
The online conference was attended by the Adviser to the First President Republic of Kazakhstan A. Tursynov, Head of the President's Office M. Kasımbekov, Adviser to the President of the Republic of Turkey Y.Topchu, Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan A.R. Raimkulova, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Shahrat Nurishev, Secretary General of TURKSOY D. Kaseinov, Deputy Secretary General of the Turkic Council Mr. Sultan Raev, Director of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan A. Rakhimzhanov, President of the Turkic Academy D. Kydyrali, Deputies of the Parliaments, as well as leading academicians of the Member States of the Turkic Councıl.
During the Conference, Adviser to the First President Republic of Kazakhstan A. Tursynov stressed the book presented today is a very large and unique publication in terms of content and subject matter. The collection includes fundamental articles and official speeches of the founder of Kazakhstan's state independence, a prominent politician Nursultan Nazarbayev, as well as important speeches in the Turkic Council. It should be especially noted the strategically important initiatives of Elbasy to revive and restore the spiritual heritage, culture, language and traditions of the Turkic peoples.
Chief Advisor to the President of the Republic of Turkey Yalçın Topçu, in his opening speech, recalling this valuable work, Elbasy tells the entire Turkic world about the past, present and future of our culture, its contribution to world civilization.

Deputy Secretary General Sultan Raev in his speech stated that the main ideas of the Turkic civilization and the role of the Turks in world civilization and history are brilliantly reflected in the "Heritage of the Great Steppe".
