On 19 May 2015 Secretary General of the Turkic Council Ambassador Ramil Hasanov participated at the plenary session of the 3rd World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue under the topic "Shaping the global agenda: responsibility of international institutions and governments in building trust and understanding between cultures and civilizations".
Ambassador Hasanov emphasized the importance of intercultural dialogue and pointed that it is a constant process which requires a worldwide participation at all levels. He also shared his view on how multiculturulasim works in Turkic Council member states and illustrated examples of how this concept is implemented. Project Directors Farid Damirli and Yedil Mirzakhanov also attended the Second day of the Forum.
