On this momentous occasion of October 3rd, marking the Turkic States Cooperation Day, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all Turkic World. It's a day that resonates with pride as it symbolizes the genesis of our organization, forged through the historic Nakhchivan Agreement in 2009.
Rising on the basis of common language, common history, and a common cultural heritage, the centuries-old fraternal bonds among the Turkic States have been solemnly institutionalized within the framework of our Organization since 2009. Together, they voluntarily united under our Organization's roof and stride resolutely into a future by fostering comprehensive cooperation across political, economic, cultural, and social realms.
Honoring the deep-rooted ties among the Turkic States, this day embodies unity for our peoples and future generations and we collectively celebrate our shared journey and accomplishments today.
Over the past 14 years, we've dedicated ourselves to a noble cause, working harmoniously with institutions and administrations of our Member and Observer States. Our efforts span over 20 cooperation areas, from economy to trade, culture to education, tourism to health, fueled by the 2040 Turkic World Vision document.
The tireless commitment of our Heads of State and Foreign Ministers is evident in mutual visits, dynamic engagements, and strategic alliances among our countries. Our upcoming Summit in Kazakhstan this November holds promise for vital decisions and agreements, shaping our Organization's work program for the coming period. We diligently strive to fulfill our responsibilities for the welfare and solidarity of our Member States and Observers.
Our path illuminates the future, each task completed propels us to loftier goals, and our achievements reinforce our commitments. Taking this opportunity, we express our heartfelt gratitude to our Heads of State, Ministries, institutions, private sector, and NGOs for their unwavering support.
Wishing peace, unity, and solidarity, let's joyously celebrate October 3rd, a testament to the strength of our collective spirit.
