Deputy Secretary General of the Turkic Council Mr. Abzal Saparbekuly held meetings with Mr. Ahmet Tıktık and Mr. Sayed Aqa, Vice Presidents of the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) on 20 July 2016.
Deputy Secretary General Saparbekuly expressed the willingness of the Council to establish ties with the IDB through concrete projects. The Vice Presidents Mr. Tıktık and Mr. Aqa, for their part, underlined the importance attached by the IDB to strengthening relations with regional and international organizations while offering their full support to the Council in its contacts with the IDB.
Project Directors Mr. Farid Damirli and Mr. Mehmet Şefik Yurtçiçek accompanied Mr. Saparbekuly during the meetings.
