Deputy Secretary General of the Turkic Council Mr. Abzal Saparbekuly participated in the 16th International Summit on Transnational Crime and Homeland and Global Security Forum held on October 15-17, 2014 in Geneva, Switzerland. 

Mr. Saparbekuly adrresed to the participants, during the Official Opening Session of Crans Montana Forum. Particularly, he was among the main speakers of the panel discussion on the topic of The World and Its Today`s challenges: Shaping New Strategies. 

Mr. Saparbekuly informed the participants about the Turkic Council`s goals and activities. In this connection, he mentioned the cooperation among its member states and colloboration with other international organizations as well as its neighbours on political, economic and humanitarian aspects. Talking about interaction with other international and regional organizations working in similar fields, Mr. Saparbekuly suggested possible avenues of collaboration with the Turkic Council. He also stressed the need of dialogue and colloboration among different international organizations in order to seek mutual beneficial cooperation.
