The Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev paid a visit to the headquarter of the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) in Abu Dhabi on 10 January 2025 and met with the Director-General of the IRENA, H.E. Francesco La Camera.
At the meeting, the Parties discussed the possible projects and programs to be carried out in the upcoming period and ways to strengthen the relationship between the OTS and IRENA.
Parties further agreed to explore the paths to work in the field of renewable energy and green energy together with the Member States of the OTS.
