In March-April 1918, the outrageous facts of mass killings, repression, expatriation of the Azerbaijanis from their native places by the Armenian gangs in Baku, Shemakha, Guba, Mugan and Lenkoran, is the most obvious indicator of the atrocities carried out by the Armenian gangs and constitutes one of the most tragic pages in the history of the 20th century.
We commemorate all the martyrs who lost their lives at this tragic event with deep respect and mercy and I would like to reiterate that, we will work with all our power to sustain peace, stability and security in order to prevent occurrence of similar disastrous events.
