January 20, 1990 is a turning point, which has sparked for the rapid progress of Azerbaijan`s independence and shows the courage and determination of the people of Azerbaijan.
On the occasion of the 20 January - National Mourning Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan, we commemorate with deepest gratitude, respect and mercy our brothers and sisters who have been subjected to persecution and martyrs who sacrificed their lives for independence.
