Fore and the most all the praises and greetings be to Allah Almighty for all his graces that enable us to reach these most holy days again. 

On this very sacred occasion, I would like to extend my warmest wishes to all muslims around the world for a happy Eid al-Adha and to congratulate wholeheartedly all those performing Hajj.

I would also like to underline the enduring brtoherhood and friendship bonds between the Turkic peoples, who celebrate together holy feasts for centuries in our deep-rooted history with highest spiritual and  moral feelings.

Taking this opportunity, I congratulate Eid al-Adha of all peoples of the Turkic States and Muslim World and wish them health, peace and solidarity.
