On behalf of the Turkic Council Secretariat and on my own behalf, I condemn and denounce the treacherous terrorist attack happened in Nice, France.
I wish God`s mercy on those who lost their lives, convey our condolences to their families and people of France and wish a speedy recovery to the wounded.
