The Deputy Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) Mr. Sadi Jafarov attended the 2nd Istanbul Human Resources Forum organized by the Human Resources Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye on 14 December 2023 in Istanbul.
Sadi Jafarov informed about the outcomes of the 10th OTS Summit held under motto “TURKTIME” on 3 November 2023 in Astana and in this context, highlighted that the subject of human resources cooperation is on the high agenda of the Organization of Turkic States. 
He also briefed about current initiatives within the Human Resources cooperation platform, including the establishment of the “Turkic World Human Resources Development Institute” within the framework of the OTS.
