H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) met with H.E. Sultanbai Raev, Secretary General of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY) on 3 February 2025 at the OTS Secretariat in Istanbul.

During the meeting, they reaffirmed their shared commitment to preserving and promoting the rich cultural heritage of the Turkic world. They discussed key events on the OTS calendar and explored new ways to strengthen coordination and cooperation between Turkic cooperation organizations, ensuring a more unified and dynamic approach to cultural and regional initiatives.
