Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev participated at the ad hoc online meeting of the representatives of Turkic Cooperation Organizations organized by the Kazakhstan OTS Chairpersonship on 10 May 2024.
The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan H.E. Alibek Bakayev and attended by the Secretary General of TURKSOY H.E. Sultan Raev, the President of the Turkic Academy H.E. Shahin Mustafayev, the President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation H.E. Aktoty Raimkulova and the President of the Turkic Investment Fund H.E. Baghdad Amreyev.
During the meeting, participants discussed the implementation of instructions given by the Heads of State at the 10th OTS Summit in Astana, preparatory work for the upcoming Informal OTS Summit in Shusha on 5-6 July and 11th OTS Summit in October in Kyrgyzstan, as well as issues on further strengthening cooperation within the framework of Turkic Cooperation Organizations. The parties also discussed the implementation of the Action Plan adopted by Kazakhstan based on 8 priorities of “TURKTIME!”.
