President Ilham Aliyev recieved the Secretary General Baghdad Amreyev and awarded him with the "Dostluq" (Friendship) Order, one of the high state awards of Azerbaijan, for his effective work as the Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States and his special services in the development of partnership relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the member countries of the Organization and handed the Order to him.
