Project Directors of the Turkic Council Pelin Musabay Baki and Yedil Myrzakhanov attended the third, fourth and closing sessions of the 23rd OSCE Ministerial Council that were held on 9 December 2016 in Hamburg.
The decisions discussed by the experts of the OSCE participating states were adopted at this second day of the Ministerial Council.
The closing ceremony was chaired by Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Foreign Minister of Germany, in his capacity of the OSCE Chairperson-in-office.
At the closing session, the OSCE Chairmanship was handed over from Germany to Austria entering into effect starting from 1 January 2017.
