Upon the invitation of the Uludağ University the delegation of the Turkic Council composed of the Deputy Secretary General Kocaman and Project Directors Ali Çiviler and Zamin Aliyev went to Bursa to have a conference with the university students. During the interactive session the delegates of the Council gave information about the organization, its recent and future activities. The delegates also received a number of questions from the students concerning the function of the Turkic Council, its cooperation with other international organizations and its importance for the region.

 

At the end of the conference the delegation met with the Rector and Vice-Rector of Uludağ University Prof. Dr. Yusuf Ulcay and Prof. Dr. Mehmet Yüce. During the meetings the Deputy Secretary General Kocaman pressed gifts upon the Rector and Vice-Rector and expressed his gratitude for their kind invitation and hope for further collaboration between institutions. He also expressed thanks to the staff of the university especially to Assoc. Dr. Ferhat Pirincci for his contributions to the event.
