On behalf of the Secretariat of the Turkic Council and on my own, I, from the bottom of my heart, congratulate His Excellency Nursultan Nazarbayev who reaffirmed the confidence of the Kazakh people by gaining 97.75 percent of votes at the presidential election held on 26 April 2015 and for the 5th time was elected president of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Under the leadership of Nursultan Nazarbayev Kazakhstan has achieved great success since its independence. The highly-esteemed President of the Kazakhstan has always promoted the brotherly relations among the Turkic States and with his initiative the level partnership and cooperation among the Turkic States has increased significantly over the past years.
On this occasion, on behalf of the Secretariat of Turkic Council and on my own, I would like to present my compliments and congratulations once again to Nursultan Nazarbayev who became symbol of peace and stability not only for the Kazakh people, but also for the whole Turkic World.
