On 8 July 2017, the participants of the Turkic Council Junior Diplomats 4th Training program visited Osh city and they were received by Mr. Shakir Zulumov, Vice-Mayor of Osh and Mr. Kaldarali Mamataliev, Deputy of Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in Osh. Junior diplomats have been informed about the economic, social development and international relations of the city, viewed a short movie about Osh-southern capital of Kyrgyzstan.
Then they went to holy mountain Suleiman-Too, made a tour of the old Osh:- the Mosque of Rabbi Abdullahan (16th c.). They also enjoyed performance of the Uzbek folklore dance group.
On 9 July 2017, young diplomats traveled to Uzgen city, in order to get acquainted with the historical and architectural complex of the Karakhanid era (11th-12th centuries) and also visited Imam al-Sarakhsi tomb.
