The Deputy Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), Dr. Omer Kocaman, addressed by video message the "Turkic States Economic Forum 2024", which was inaugurated in Baku, on May 2, 2024.
He expressed that the "Turkic States Economic Forum" is an important platform to promote economic cooperation and innovation in the OTS region.
Highlighting the high potential of the Turkic region in terms of trade development, investment and technology promotion, Dr. Kocaman elaborated on the main initiatives of the OTS in the field of economic cooperation, in particular, ensuring trade facilitation and promoting investment and industrial development, as well as digitalization of the economy in the OTS states. He also outlined future prospects for cooperation among the Organization's member countries in order to unleash the full economic potential of the region.
