In the context of the fieldwork regarding the Kyrgyzstan part of the Turkic Council-Modern Silk Road Joint Tour Package whose preparations are still going on, the delegation made o boat trip on Issyk Kul and then visited the petroglyphs from the Saka–Scythian period. Following that the delegation also visited the city of Karakol and historical sites on the Silk Road.
Participants had the dinner in the traditional tent (yurt /home), tasted local flavor of the Kyrgyz kitchen and watched Kyrgyz folk dance show.
