Turkic Council Joint Election Observer Mission began monitoring the Election of Deputies of the Senate of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kokshetau.
Upon invitation of the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the delegation of the Turkic Council Joint Election Observer Mission in Kokshetau began monitoring the Election of Deputies of the Senate of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan to be held on 28 June 2017.

The delegation visited the Deputy Chairman of the Election Commission of Akmola Oblast Tatiana Shtukert. Deputy Chairman Shtukert provided information on the preparations and responded to the questions of the Turkic Council mission pertaining to the details of the conduct of tomorrow`s election process. Then the delegation gave brief information about the Turkic Council and its activities, and wished success in the elections.

The delegation was composed of the Project Directors of the Turkic Council Ali Çiviler, Farid Damirli and Research Expert Dastan Almen.
