Deputy Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States, Dr. Ömer Kocaman, participated in the Meeting of the Foreign Affairs Committees of the Parliaments of Turkic States on 18 February in Istanbul. 

Referring to the major global and regional developments, Dr. Kocaman provided an in-depth overview of the ongoing work of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) and its future projections. 

He underscored the significance of parliamentary diplomacy among the Turkic countries in fulfilmemt of the tasks put forth by the Heads of State in OTS Summits.
