Kazakhstan stands as a shining example of success, marked by its impressive state-building, robust economic development, and increasing prosperity under the visionary leadership of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. Its notable contributions to the international community have firmly established Kazakhstan as a key player in regional and global affairs.
At the heart of the Turkic World, Kazakhstan embodies the spirit of the Great Steppe, enriched by the wisdom of Hodja Ahmad Yasawi and the historical significance of Turkistan and Altay. Its progress and development are a source of pride and inspiration for the entire Turkic family.
I would like to take this opportunity to commend Kazakhstan's chairmanship of the Organization of Turkic States under the motto "TURKTIME," which marked an active and productive period that elevated Turkic integration to a new level. Kazakhstan’s leadership and dedication were clearly demonstrated during this time, notably through the signing of 16 pivotal documents at the 11th Summit of our organization in Bishkek. These achievements highlight Kazakhstan's invaluable role in fostering unity among Turkic peoples, strengthening the institutional framework of the Organization of Turkic States, and advancing our shared vision of solidarity and cooperation.
With these sentiments, I wish the brotherly people of Kazakhstan continued success, happiness, and prosperity. May peace, harmony, and progress flourish across the Turkic World and beyond.
