Kazakhstan as a founding member of our organization and Kazakhstan's ongoing chairmanship of the Organization of Turkic States, under the esteemed motto “TURKTIME” plays an important role in strengthening and enhancing the enduring fraternal ties among our nations. Through the vision encapsulated in “Astana Act” our organization has reached new heights and gained significant momentum in the development of the Turkic World.
As we commemorate the 15th anniversary of the Organization of Turkic States, Kazakhstan's leadership has enabled us to achieve vital milestones and further elevate our presence on the international stage.
On this momentous occasion, I take great pleasure, on behalf of the Organization of Turkic States and personally, in extending my best wishes to the brotherly Kazakh people for a bright future filled with peace, prosperity, and happiness.
