With its integrative quality around universal values such as peace, brotherhood, love, respect and tolerance, Nowruz, the herald of spring and one of the unique common cultural values of the Turkic peoples, has been celebrated with great enthusiasm in the Turkic world for thousands of years. 
Nowruz is a special time for cohesion, experiencing unity and solidarity. It is among our primary duties to convey our cultural richness and common values that strengthen our harmony such as Nowruz, to the future generations, in order to contribute to humanity as well as to secure the sustainability of world amity.
In this period, when the peace is more important than ever, I hope that the celebrations for arrival of spring with the Nowruz fire that has been lit for centuries, will lead to peace, unity and solidarity all over the world. 
With these feelings and thoughts, I wholeheartedly congratulate the Nowruz Feast of entire Turkic world and all people who celebrate it around the globe.
