We commemorate with deep respect and gratitude Heydar Aliyev, the Great Leader and Founder of the modern Azerbaijan on the 12th anniversary of his passing away to eternity.
Shaping the nation with his ideas, Heydar Aliyev, sustained his country in the most difficult times and has led his country to reach present time through his sapient leadership and excellent management. He got his name written in history with golden letters as not only being the Great Leader of Azerbaijan, but also being one of the leaders who influenced the Turkic World with his extraordinary personality.
