I commemorate with deep respect and gratitude Heydar Aliyev, the Great Leader and Founder of modern Azerbaijan on the 14th anniversary of his passing away to eternity.
National Leader Aliyev put his signature in the world history, with his superior statemanship, high humanitarian values, far-sighted ideas not only constituted the foundation of Azerbaijan, but also determined its future as well as with his personality that influenced the whole Turkic World.
