On the occasion of 9 November, the State Flag Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I would like to convey my heartfelt congratulations on behalf of the Turkic Council and on my own behalf.
I wish that the State Flag of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the symbol of its sovereignty, will wave forever over the sky of Azerbaijan. Taking this opportunity, I would like express our gratitude to all our martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the homeland, the flag and the independence.
