I wholeheartedly congratulate His Excellency Nursultan Nazarbayev and all people of Kazakhstan on the occasion of 1 December the Day of the Founding President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
His Excellency Nazarbayev, who holds the interests of his people and his country above anything else, came to serve as the President in a difficult period, yet has taken his place in the history of the 21st century as a visionary politician, a strong and decisive leader with high moral values.
As the Aksakal (Elder) of the Turkic world, on the verge of a historic era, his innovative ideas have allowed new paradigms to be created and new mechanisms, including the Turkic Council, to unite the fate of the Turkic people in a single line.
On this special day, on behalf of the Secretariat of the Turkic Council and on my own, I would like to wish health and happiness to His Excellency Nursultan Nazarbayev, peace and prosperity to the brotherly people of Kazakhstan and the entire Turkic World.
