On behalf of the Turkic Council and my own, I would like to congratulate with my best wishes, the Independence Day of the Kyrgyz Republic, the founding member of the Turkic Council, that declared its independence on 31 August 1991.
Taking the opportunity of this important day, I wish a future with peace and happiness to the brotherly people of Kyrgyzstan and to all Turkic World.
