The forum saw a gathering of representatives from countries across the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Central Asia, the Caucasus, and the Turkic World. Apart from the OTS, other international bodies represented at the forum included the CIS Executive Committee, the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic-Speaking Countries (TurkPA), the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), and the United Nations (UN).
In his address, Ambassador Mukash shared crucial insights from the observer missions of the OTS, which have been instrumental in monitoring electoral processes in Turkic states. His comprehensive overview provided forum participants with a profound understanding of the OTS's strategy and commitment to promoting transparent and democratic practices across these regions.
