The International Forum under the theme "Interconnection of Times and Civilizations - the Basis of Peace and Development" dedicated to the 300th anniversary of Magtymguly Fragi was held on 10 October 2024 in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.
The Forum brought together heads of state and government, high-level policymakers, heads of international organizations and corresponding ministries, leading international experts and representatives of the mess media from all the parts of the world.
H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the OTS, participated at the Forum and delivered a speech highlighting the role of literary heritage of Magtymguly Fragi in cultural life of Turkmenistan, as well as in the development of literature and philosophy in the Turkic World.
Moreover, in his speech the Secretary General touched upon the current state of relations between Turkmenistan and the Organization of Turkic States and other Turkic Cooperation Organizations.
