The Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev held a bilateral meeting with H.E. Nuriya Kutnaeva, Minister of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic on the sidelines of the 5th meeting of Ministers in charge of ICT of the OTS on 7 December 2023 in Bishkek.
The Secretary General and the Minister exchanged views on the agenda of the 5th Ministerial meeting. They discussed the ways to promote ICT cooperation in the framework of OTS, in particular the further development of digital services and documentation, the establishment of a common platform for mutual recognition of electronic documents and digital signatures, as well as the joint use of satellite and space technologies.
The Parties also agreed to continue close interaction for infrastructure improvement and digital transformation in the OTS region.
