H.E. Amb. Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) met with H.E. Prof. Dr. Erol Özvar, the President of the Council of Higher Education (CoHE) of Türkiye on 25 October 2024 at the premises of the OTS Secretariat.
