Special Publication – Turkic Council: 10th Anniversary of the Nakhchivan Agreement 
The Republic of Azerbaijan hosted Seventh Summit of the Turkic Council on 15 October 2019 in Baku,  which coincided with the 10th anniversary of the Nakhchivan Agreement on the Establishment of the Cooperation Council of the Turkic Speaking States (Turkic Council) from October 3, 2009. 
On this occasion, to mark the 10th anniversary of the Nakhchivan Agreement, Secretariat of the Turkic Council and the Center of Analysis of International Relations of Azerbaijan jointly issued a Special Publication dedicated to the 10th Anniversary of the Nakhchivan Agreement and 7th Summit of the Turkic Council. 
The publication titled “TURKIC COUNCIL: 10TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE NAKHCHIVAN AGREEMENT”  contains articles of the Heads of the States of the Member States of the Turkic Council, welcoming address of the Prime Minister of Hungary, articles of the Heads of Turkic Cooperation Organizations and the Official Foreign Policy Research Centres of the Member States of the Turkic Council.
The articles are generally focuses on achievements since the signing of the Nakhchivan Agreement and the perspectives and proposals of the Parties to further these cooperation processes in the direction of a new integration level.
The publication was presented to the Heads of States and Governments and Ministers of the Foreign Affairs of the Member and Observer States of the Turkic Council during the 7th Summit of the Turkic Council.
